You can press the "Confirm setup" button to choose from any of my assigned servants when in the support servant choosing menu. At the start of the game you have a guaranteed 4 star servant you can pull. I rerolled until I got Elizabeth a lancer, you landed on Emiya an archer. You can level them up and increase their HP and Attack by using "Ember cards" which can be gotten from under "Chaldea Gate" -> Daily Quests -> Ember Gathering. You are just starting so you will not be able to beat the 30 AP or 40 AP yet. Each hand enemy drops and ember card. You get bonus xp if you use an ember card of the same class as your servant, otherwise you get less xp. Today's ember gathering has Archer and Caster hands, so you can get cards for Emiya. --- ...
