From my experiences with retail workers they seem to be so angry, like it seems like they basically want to do the minimum at all times.

While I never worked at retail before, I did work for a company that helps with the inventory of multiple retail stores so I have some experience dealing with retail workers and alot of the times they just angry people.

Like asking them simple inventory questions like "Can I get the SKU number for this item?" or "Do you know how much this item cost? I can't find the price tag anywhere on the item." tends to piss them off and them them groan and moan. Like dealing with that shit all the time seems so toxic. It doesn't shock me that when it comes to this subject that they get all pissy. _

The funny thing is that from my experience, they basically spend like 65% of the time during their working hours just socializing with their co-workers, while spending 35% of the time actually working. Like if something happens that brings that percentages closer to 50/50 then they lose their shit.
