So basically what I have read from the press is that the SEC is great because they won their playoff bowl games however you should not take the big 10's performance as meaningful becasue bowl games are not a good measurement for judgement. Also, the committee got everything right.

Checks out.

Bowl games aren't a good measure overall because

1: some teams don't care
2: some players don't play
3: some teams are either losing their staff or using interim.

And in the case of some (the Big 10 this year). The had advantages in every single game (except Cotton, that one was a fair match up)

2 loss in conference Northwestern played 500 Kentucky for Christ sakes and still should have lost...

1 loss (barely) Wisconsin played a 2 loss Miami team that got dump trucked their last 2 games

2 loss Penn St. played a fraud team from Washington.

So congrats for standing by as USC killed themseleves. That's the only game they played I remeotely care about.

No one is sitting out of the playoffs, no one is disappointed to be in the playoffs, they playoffs are a true and fair judge.

And that judge says.

SEC: National Champions
Big 10: ZERO points in 3 years.
