I mean it is kinda shitty for a design, in her final form she's not wearing any clothes, is covered in ribbons and has a strip of cloth covering her nether region... plus she's flatter than a pancake put under an hydraulic press. Only cool thing about her is her hat, and honestly her base form looks way better, why not just slap the hat onto her first form and call it a day, that would make her a great character.
