I can see how it's annoying for someone to show up at the last minute and stay 30 minutes after the store is closed (especially since it forces the worker to stay and work for free, which I didn't even know that was a thing. lol) But idk, I feel like there's a way around that (if that problem is really that common). Like have the store close 30 minutes earlier but still have the workers work and get paid for that 30 extra minutes.
