Topic	Reminder that Disney KILLED the Extended Universe

The good stories are outweighed by tons of dumb crap and it was starting to get to Dragon Ball Z levels of ridiculous power scaling in terms of Luke himself and whatever villains would come next. Also, people felt that every single little thing in the SW universe must have a backstory and must be connected to everything else. If he were created more recently people would be calling him the "Gary Stu" or whatever that he is. Finding military weaknesses of various alien races by just looking at their art was dumb.
