Sounds like the water from a spring leading into a waterfall near my family's lake house we used to drink as kids before any pollution. The idea was that it was just cold fresh water near a little island we used to camp at there. It was fine to drink and all natural, but still had shit any fresh water is gonna have like plant and fish waste. Sounds like what's happening here tbh. Idiots are just assuming fresh means clean.
