There's a list on the official Ledger website of which coins they support. On top of those listed, you can also store alt-coins built on Ethereum that are ERC-20 based (a lot of the alt coins are ERC-20). There is just a special way you have to do it using the Ethereum Wallet on the Nano Ledger S.
