Does it go away? At this point your body is probably about 70% dihydrogen monoxide. You can pee out some of it. It's also excreted in sweat. It's a very serious chemical. Not something to mess around with. A lot of people die as a result of it after excessive pulmonary exposure during everyday activities such as swimming, even bathing in some cases.
