THANK YOU!! North Africa was a province of Rome during the Time of Homer. That's high school history.


um, Homeros is said to have been alive around 800 BC.
Rome was founded 753 BC, and North Africa wouldn't be a province until sometime after the Punic Wars, which was somewhere around 260-140 BC.
though i'm not sure if it became Roman right after the Third war, or if it was piecemeal after the second onwards, or if it took even longer
