Do what, now? When I put water in the microwave yesterday it boiled in the microwave.

<_< i guess i should say
the boiling is not as apparent as it would be on say, a stove top

I don't mean to be combative, but it was very apparent when it boiled in the microwave.

o-oh
not for me >_>
idk i think it has to do with the container you use?

i am just parroting alton brown off good eats

Maybe...

I just used a glass container.

Probably an old cup with surface scratches. A brand new cup is dangerous, without those surface scratches to help create the bubbles, the water will superheat.
