I literally do this for a living. Roofs range from 1200 bucks to 50g. Depends on what you're doing. The two other small time contractors I know very closely both laughed at 75g to remove and replace a bearing wall, and remodel a kitchen. Then offered to put a bid in. Dude got hosed. And that's from a guy in this industry. He paid 75g to a guy who didn't even clean up. I seriously hope that's solid Birdseye maple on the cabinets and the most expensive countertop money can buy.
