The movie literally starts with Poe being responsible for the death of countless lives and the loss of their bombers. Why the fuck should anyone listen to him or clue him in on plans? Because, as someone else said, the Admiral was standing around with her thumb up her ass while everyone around them was dying. Dying because of the plan that Poe and Finn fucked up.
