| Kaiganeer 12/23/17 1:13:58 AM #39: | the people who should get promoted based on their performance and capability never do, because the people who make those decisions either act too slow or refuse to listen to someone who's watched an employee constantly bust their ass for years knowing that you were either getting crucified by the workers or torn apart by higher ups if they decided to implement some asinine addition to the workflow that was never going to work but went ahead with it anyway to make it seem like they were improving or changing something ...
