Topic	How come when I put pop in the fridge, it gets flat quicker than outside?

I'll drink half (afterwards sealing it tightly), then throw it in the fridge, go for it next day, and it's pretty flat. When I do all of the above except putting it in the fridge, instead leaving in my room, it doesn't taste even a little flat.
