Topic	I just bought a $100 raffle ticket to win a house.

Pretty sure they tax based on the value of the house. That house in particular is $22,000 roughly, and the average property tax in that area is $1,500-$2,500 with the highest tax rate being 7%. TC would likely be paying $1,500 at most.
