In response to this (spoilers contain information from Cold Steel 2 and the promo material for Cold Steel 3/4): I don't know if the image for Cold Steel 4 is the same character, but there's a character in Cold Steel 3 who looks extremely similar to Crow but is given the name "Siegfried" instead, at least initially. All the promo material I saw seemed to paint it in a "maybe it is Crow and maybe it isn't" vibe, but the point is I don't think we actually know. (Well, people who played Cold Steel III already could possibly know, but let's not worry about that.)
