Yes scientifically and factually "cold" might have a definition but in general when people say an area is cold they actually mean "it's colder than <what i'm used to>/<the average for this area>" and i'd say the definition of a word, in this context, should be "what people actually use it to mean" rather than "the scientifically accurate definition" so yeah

And no he is incorrect, did you not understand the very simple explanation I gave you about how numbers have objective weight to them? Because they do. Arguing about your emotional response to the weather is simply meaningless, numbers are reality. If the numbers say it's cold, it's cold, regardless of whether you feel like it should be or not. Your post is a 3/10, and those are numbers so you know they're right.
