A judge or jury is going to rule it mutual combat. I know you dont understand or see things like a normal person, so Im going to explain. Standing outside their house with a camera looks like you only came over there to egg them on. It looks like youre standing there waiting on a fight to start. And I bet theres some Facebook post where she says, come over here if youre not afraid of my husband beating your ass. To which you probably responded, Im not afraid of your husband. Ill come over right now. If you press this then youll be convicted of assault too.
There is evidence otherwise that shows that that is not the case. Just have to acknowledge it. Like the folks here people in small towns with biases ignore the facts and choose what is convenient. Unfortunately for them they fucked with the wrong one and I don't stop until they comply. Furthermore I told them charge me with assault if they want. Can't be arrested at this point, only a summons. Then self-defense is a judicially recognized defense.

Sadly for Squader, I don't think any local jury or judge is going to take the town pariah's crap seriously. Hell, if he gets charged he'll be lucky to not go straight to jail given his probation.
