is that dry aged USDA prime or was that choice from a super market? Or even wet aged?

2-3 years back this roast would have been $16-18 a pound but beef prices in seattle have risen quickly. Getting USDA prime rib for less than $12 I can't imagine around here period. And that's when its on a great sale.
