Topic	Eating a $23/pound USDA Prime Rib roast makes me happy to be alive at this time.

Or even wet aged? 2-3 years back this roast would have been $16-18 a pound but beef prices in seattle have risen quickly. Getting USDA prime rib for less than $12 I can't imagine around here period.
