Of course, while that would be interesting, it would prevent Disney from milking Star Wars till the end of time. The movie instead repeatedly pulls the "the twit is there is no twist" card. By the end of the movie everyone is back at where they started with light side vs dark side, rebels vs Empire. --- The only fool bigger than the person who knows it all is the person who argues with him.
