I disagree. One of the ToS terms is something like "I saw someone else get away with it!" This isn't exactly that, but there's some clause in there about two wrongs not making a right. Telling someone to kill themselves doesn't automatically become a non-violation under the circumstances. --- Not removing this until Pat Benatar is in Super Smash Bros.
