Daisy Ridley knows who Rey's parents are and that Rey is important within the already established characters and universe (wouldn't be true for some random person) Consider in the EU that Leia and Han had twin children that were often separated and kept away for their safety. Daisy may well have been their child kept in the dark to keep her from the Empire. Leia was also on her own without Han for a long time. She could have easily had another child and remained quiet. So much time passed in darkness. Rey and Kylo have such a strong connection. Like a familial connection.
