Topic	I looked up doki doki literature club on youtube to see what was scary about it

Or a more base example, imagine someone arguing that you have to eat poo covered in snot before you can criticize it as a bad meal. According to you they're not allowed to reach that conclusion because they might be wrong. That's not how logic works. You can and indeed should critize things you haven't seen or done.
