It should be treated the same. Show up at work drunk? Fired. Show up at work high? Fired. The issue is that weed isn't metabolized as quickly as alcohol. If someone fails a breathalyzer, they were definitely drinking that day. If someone fails a pee test, you can't necessarily prove they weren't smoking that day. just ignore my "smoke weed everyday" tattoo Not everyone who smokes weed is a stoner. Sure they are.
