When I think about someone taking someone's rights, it's about takin someone's rights from someone who can make choices for themselves. But the thing it, babies can't. In the end, it comes down to what the parents think should happen. You're right they can't think for themselves. They can't act for themselves. The parents need to really evaluate why they're obsessed about altering the sex organs of their sons. If circumcision is really what that person wants they will pursue it, of their own free will, when they want to.
