Its as bad as it gets. Not only was George Lucas right about disney ruining the franchise, he was right that they can't come up with any new ideas.

A few things Ive gathered now that people are more willing to talk:

The Resistance is no more. When Kylo takes the throne, he is not Supreme Leader of the First Order, hes Supreme Leader of the Galaxy.

Luke will not use a lightsaber in present day.

Reys parents are not only just random junkyard people, they are horrible, horrible people who trade Rey for a ship off Jakku because the First Order is looking for Force Sensitive children, but Unkar Plutt does not sell her to the First Order.

Luke dies and Leia lives. Luke becomes one with the Force and manifests as a very real force ghost on Crait and fucks shit up. He holds off Kylo Ren while the heroes escape and then vanishes. Luke appears to Leia on the Falcon and promises that he will be with her always.

Snoke really is a no one and Kylo cuts him in half vertically, not at the waste.

There is a noticeable amount of increased fear throughout the First Order when they hear Kylo Ren is the Supreme Leader now. This is significant because the generals and officers are scared of Snoke the whole movie, but they are terrified when they hear Kylo has overthrown him.

His official title is Supreme Leader Ren.

The Knights of Ren are name dropped but not shown.
