Access to PHI is very stringent and you're basing your stance around a policy statement from a single production studio. I'd honestly be interested to see how different the prevalence in the MSM porn industry is vs. the non-MSM vs. the general population. It's probably between the latter two, but we'd have to actually collect that data before we can reliably make that claim.
