I don't consider them criminals, even if by definition they are. There's nothing wrong with breaking a bad law.

Would you consider someone who took part in the underground railroad a criminal? If not, then why not? They were by definition criminals, since they were breaking the law by helping slaves run away.

My point is that "the law" isn't always right, and being against a bad law does not mean I support criminals, I just think people shouldn't be considered criminals for breaking a bad law
