With the use of PrEP (and often condoms too) on top of frequent testing the risk isn't any greater than with straight-only actors. It's not like we're still in the 70's where everyone fucks unsafely and indiscriminately. You'd have to be completely ignorant of modern safe sex practices and the entire porn industry standards to even think its that huge of a problem that would require complete abstinence.
