Like anime dubs (where Ash Ketchum eats "donuts" that look exactly like rice balls and nothing else) or censored games or manga. Especially when it makes its way here via the US. Leave your silly censoring in the US please! As for Franchises getting an American version (also known sometimes as whitewashing).. like Goku or Naruto in New York.. I don't care much. I'll most probably skip it. The American The Ring movie remake was pretty good though. Not as good as the Japanese Ring movie, but still worth a watch and plenty different. In most cases I definitely don't need the americanization. There are already a lot of (great) movies, series, games and other media from the US and/or that take place in the US.
