Instead of overleveling on quests, all quest earned XP is added to a "bonus xp" pool that I can choose to use when I go to Inns, or just ignore the pool completely. That was a problem with the original Xenoblade, and I like that they came up with a solution for it. Oh that's cool, i completely misread and wondered why that was an issue though lol.
