Didn't the city of Atlanta declare a fucking state of emergency just because an inch of snow fell one day? If so, weeeak. Get on Canada's/Northern USA's level.

2-4 inches. Oh no.

Snow in Atlanta is different. Places like Canada and high up northern states like New York get pounded with snow regularly and are prepared to actually deal with it. 1 Inch snowfall in Atlanta is extraordinarily rare and there are no systems in place to deal with it. Nor is it worth investing in millions of dollars worth of snow removal equipment and its maintenance for something that MIGHT only happen once a year.

The last time we had had as much snow as we did that year was in 1993.

I turned 4 on the second day of that one.
