Topic	Do you cope with depression / suicidal ideations, now or in the past?

Once I ditched all of my toxic af friends and got new, supportive ones - and got over the loneliness I began to feel - my mood began to boost a lot. I've had maybe two bad depressive spells all semester as a result - which is rather few for me - and nothing suicidal with them.
