Thank god

Thank god that the evidence actually favored the prosecution? You goddamn people need to realize that most of the cases that you're all up in arms about are completely justified. Tray on? Justified. Brown justified. Tamir? Justified. Rodney King? Competely fucking g justified.

This case? Not fucking justified and the evidence showed that.

Quit letting cnn shit up your brains.

Trayvon Martin was casing houses, attacked a neighborhood watch officer and was fatally shot. Justified.

Michael Brown strong arm robbed a convenience store, assaulted the owner, then tried to attack a police officer, and was fatally shot. Justified.

Tamir Rice was pointing a replica gun at people in a park. The police rolled up, told him not to move, and he reached for the gun. They shot him. Justified.

Rodney King? Before my time. If somebody wants to outline that case, I'm listening.

Summary:

>Violated parole
>He was drunk as fuck speeding
>CHP gave chase
>Driving over 100mph on freeway and residential areas for 7 miles
>LAPD got involved
>Once he finally stopped, he wouldn't comply with officers demands to get out of car.
>The two passengers got out and complied. They were detained. Nothing happened to them.
>He taunted a female officer sexually

I'm going off memory here. I forget the exact details here but once he got out of the car, he didn't comply with demands and eventually they needed tried to physically detain him. He fought th all off.

>an officer tazed him. He got back up. The officer tazed him again, he falls and gets back up.

>This is the point where the video starts rolling. He charges at an officer, and the officer strikes him with the baton. Then they all move in, as part of the next step of the use of force strategy employed at the time. To beat the suspect with batons until he submitted. He was lucky that's all they did. The next step in the use of force chart would have been to shoot to kill. While they're trying to stop him with baton strikes, officers can be heard repeatedly yelling get your hands behind your back. He doesn't comply. He keeps trying to get back up. Rinse and repeat until the end of the video. The media back then edited out the first seconds of the video, and only showed the part where the officers were beating hkm, all while referring to Rodney repeatedly as a "motorist" and not as the criminal he was.

King was on PCP during that night, hence how he was able to fight off the cops and withstand two tazer blasts.

Keep in mind, the prosecution conceded all of these points, and many more during the first trial. There's so much more about this case it's fucking ridiculous.
