Topic	Cop that shot unarmed black man that ran away sentence to 19-24 years in prison.

I guess it's all about evidence If a black dude is on his knees crying and begging for his life and a cop shoots him in the head and laugh, it changes everything if the incident is caught on tape. If it is, the cop is screwed. If it's not, the cop will say that the black dude was reaching for a knife or a gun or something and his life was in danger and everyone will believe him and he'll get promoted.
