Topic	Why would Pokemon make a type that has 4 weaknesses and only 1 resistance?

Many Pokemon have dual typings that put them at a disadvantage with a weakness to one of the types that Ice or Rock beats. Pretty much every flying type, for example, gets wrecked by Rock. Stealth Rock takes 1/4 of their health, just for bringing them out or switching.
