My Felicia's HP is so artificially jacked up (Summoner support, Silver Dagger++, +10 merges...) that she actually reached an HP value equal to Dorcas's, meaning she doesn't get the benefit of his Infantry Pulse. I've stuck an HP+ seal on Dorcas but that's a bandaid solution.
