Topic	I appealed a moderation to lead mod on 11/23/2017. It'll be addressed in 48 hrs.

Inherently they're going to be biased. He's saying a second mod always looks at it first but they'll either overturn it themselves (disagree) or forward it back to the original mod (confused).
