I feel like people that make characters look like themselves are often the same people that, when presented a sci-fi or fantasy setting with multiple races to choose from, choose human. Boring. But, to each their own. Some just like the idea of making things look like themselves to achieve immersion, which I can understand. Nah see I just decided to irl cosplay as my orc every day I've never had enough customization options in game to make humans look cool enough (or even like me) --- Never write off the Doctor! ...
