| mooreandrew58 12/04/17 4:18:26 PM #9: | I used to when I was younger, or rather i'd make the character look like what I thought i'd look like as an adult. now days I just rarely self insert myself in a game, i'd rather create something original, make up a back story for them etc. as I rarely make choices in a video game the same way I would in real life. example being in elder scrolls i'd never choose to join a group of assassins even if I had the skill to do so. but I always do in those games. so making the character based around me, just feels wrong to me. elder scrolls is a bit of a more extreme case though as I rarely actually play a human race. usually one of the elven races. in fallout I tend to start with a female. then the male I usually end up making idk why but I have a habit of trying to make him look like a real life version of the vault boy character. --- Cid- "looks like that overgrown lobster just got served!"
