He literally did and you literally do not know what literally means.

You literally have exactly 0 proof that he did. In fact the highest investigative authority in the country literally has exactly 0 proof he did either.

He fired him the peak of the investigation, only proof i need. He did something wrong to act in that way, and that is exactly why he should be guilty of obstruction of justice, even if we assume trump did NOTHING wrong and found out such later, he STILL OBSTRUCTED JUSTICE with the timing of that firing.

trump literally has no brain. (since you want to misuse a word I can too)

Q: What sorts of acts may constitute obstruction of justice?
A: Obstruction may consist of any attempt to hinder the discovery, apprehension, conviction or punishment of anyone who has committed a crime. The acts by which justice is obstructed may include bribery, murder, intimidation, and the use of physical force against witnesses, law enforcement officers or court officials. The purpose may be to influence, delay or prevent the communication of information to law enforcement officers; to influence, delay or prevent court testimony; to alter or destroy evidence; or to evade a subpoena or similar court process.

It does not matter if trump did nothing wrong in the light of the reason he was being investigated, he still committed obstruction of justice.
