Unless Pence and Paul Ryan are both taken down simultaneously, there will be a pardon. I'm 50/50 on whether he would get pardoned or not. The main reason Nixon wasn't pursued was in an attempt to help the country heal and to not tarnish the office of the presidency any more than it had already endured.
