There's actually 9 roulettes in total but you probably won't ever see the 9th unless you play a TON.

Leveling, Trial, Main Scenario, 50/60, Guildhest, Frontline, Alliance Raid, Expert, and Mentor.

Guildhests stop being a thing post level 45 though so most people don't regularly do them, and Main Scenario is really only worth doing if you need poetics.

Now that you've finished the vanilla ARR story, you have a TON of new dungeons and raids and stuff that opened up.

I HIGHLY recommend you do the Hildibrand quests, they are hilarious. It starts at Wymond in Ul'dah.

Level 50 dungeons are littered around everywhere, and there's like 15 of them or something (not the actual number). Some of them are part of the post-ARR main scenario.

You've already started the Hard Mode primals (which aren't actually that hard), and after those the Extreme versions open up (though you won't be able to find people doing these legit much anymore, most old 'hardcore raid content' is just done unsync'd by max level players).

Speaking of raid content, you can do The Binding Coil of Bahamut now. Though again, you almost certainly won't be able to experience it outside of max level players doing it unsync'd. It's well worth taking an hour or two to do it for the story, though. But you might wanna wait til you're a bit higher level.

You'll also have the ARR 24 man raid (24 mans are all casual raids in FF14, as in you can pug them), The Crystal Tower, to do. This one you'll actually be able to do at-level, because of the Alliance Raid Roulette. It starts in Mor Dhona.

Anyway, unfortunately the post-ARR plot is... pretty bad until you get near the end (where it gets amazing). There's 100 quests between the end of 2.0 and the start of Heavensward, and a LOT of the first like 3 patches of content (about 50-60 quests) is really bad filler.

Thankfully its the last egregious bit of filler in the entire story, because they really upped their game in Heavensward and Stormblood and cut out a lot of the menial filler quests that nobody liked.
