I get that but my speeds are lower than the next lower tier of internet.


Unless they stated a minimum level, you can't do shit about it. With the stupid regional monopolies we are fucked beyond belief.

At one time it was 1.5mbps. I assume its still the case because a speed dip lower will prompt them to send out a technician. I've had about a dozen technicians come out this year. I personally believe my phone line is fried due to a huge electrical surge earlier in the year but they won't consider replacing it.

Keep having technicians come out. That costs them more money than you're paying them. If they can't fix your shit at least make sure to be annoying as fuck. Call them EVERY DAY.
