Topic | Can you sue ISPs for consistently slow speeds below their min. guaranteed speed? |

Most ISPs advertise "speeds up to [advertised speed]" specifically so they can't be sued for slower speeds. At one time it was 1.5mbps. I assume its still the case because a speed dip lower will prompt them to send out a technician. I've had about a dozen technicians come out this year.
