Now they just get defensive when I talk about fixing it. If you still have it for the love of God try to get rid of it asap. Such a detriment socially and career wise. A google search sends back pages and pages of speech therapy for it. I would stamp the shit out of that habit asap. The longer you have it the harder it will be to get rid of it.
