If its in your contract that you are entitled to speeds that are over the minimum the majority of the time and they rarely ever are you could have a case....probably not worth fighting though.

It would end up being a class action lawsuit though. AT&T has basically set this up where there is zero incentive for them to upgrade our service.

I pay for $50 a month for 3.0speeds download speeds, if they offered me their Uverse service, it would be $50 a month for 12.0mbps download speeds or $30 a month for 3.0mbps speeds.

My internet is getting to the point where if I want to play multiplayer video games, I have to play off my phone.

I bought COD WWII, it took 2 days to download the patch on my home internet.
