Topic | Can you sue ISPs for consistently slow speeds below their min. guaranteed speed? |

At the very least there is a small chance they'll let you out of your contract if they can't hold up their end. My only other option would be fixed wireless. I've talked to Spectrum who apparently somehow owns the rights to this area but it doesn't seem like they're going to service this area or if they do it will be a while.
